Conserve has been appointed by client to facilitate Construction stage LEED Silver Certification for the project. The proposed project is in Taif, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The total site area is 66,000 m². Composed of Building 1 – Golf, Bowling, Wellness, Loading Dock and Substation. Building 2 – Car Parking, SEVEN FEC, Junior FEC, E-Kart & Substation. Building 3 – Cinemas, Clip & Climb. Building 4 – Edutainment.
